went to Marcus' place first cause it was still early. left around 1ish for the church.
reached there and registerered haha and they spelled my name Jonathan Liew. which is kinda cool :D cause me and amander will have the same surname for 4 days! =D
so after registration we went up to the ROL for camp opening.
had icebreakers .. games and stuff.. Pictionary , Charades and double whacko.
and i hadda go up for Charades.. it was Movies and the answer was Lara Croft Tomb Raider
i mean HOW DO YOU CHARADE THAT... i did a sexy woman curvy figure hand gesture and a tomb shape =/ oh and yes nobody guessed HAHA =/
hmm so after icebreakers was Break/Settling in time.
Amander came over and me her and marc talked for awhile :) thanks hon. (enjoy your camp too!)
so after that it was dinner. the food was alright haha. they have supper everyday too. first day we had... i forgot =/
after dinner was Worship and then Group Interaction haha. then it was supper and Wash up and then lights out. hmm me and marc didnt really wanna sleep so we went to the stairwells and walked around haha.
ended up sleeping around 2ish-3 and waking up at 5ish-6.
first night of sleep was sucky! =/ i need 2 sleeping bags HAHA. 1 to sleep in and 1 as a pillow :D or maybe just a pillow.. heh
DAY TWO -
woke up and showered , then it was breakfast and then worship.
after worship it was flag painting haha. we didnt do much painting cause the girls were the ones doing it.. so we some of the guys face painted and this is what i did to marc..
hahaha. screwed it up but it was funny!
after flag painting was Lunch and then we went over to Kallang river for the Long Boating.
hmm waited awhile before the long boating started..
long boating is like kinda awesome hahaha.
started raining a little while we were still out in the river.
started pouring once we got to dry land.
i had a sprained ankle so i couldnt run to the bus and had to fast-limp there. so i was kinda very wet :(
haha.
then it was Bathe/Rest time haha.
amander came over again =) missed her so much at camp even though she lived so near to it haha.
after Dinner was worship and Speaker session.
oh and that night me and marc decided to write a song and not sleep until we kinda finished one.
so we went up to the roof stairwells and started playing until one of the com members caught us and asked us to go to bed :(
slept for 2 hours ish again.. 2+ to 4:44 cause i remembered looking at the time and it was 4:44
went to shower at about 5:45 when i finally woke marcus up.. (i was like whacking him with shirts and kicking him)... i even saw him wake up , turn his alarm off and went back.. and then when i called him he didnt respond -.-
hahaha
DAY THREE -
Breakfast than worship and then a very very long Speaker session.
then it was lunch! amander came over again :D
after lunch was game briefing and then we had like a scavenger hunt and then WAR GAMES!
i had to play the war game with a sprained ankle :( but it wasnt that bad heh!
got to the torture chamber once.. they make u spin round and round and they throw an egg at you to catch. i caught mine and then they burst papaya chilli juice or soemthing on your back =/
hmm after wargames we went to shower and then it was dinner , then worship and the concert of prayer.
oh we had Pizza for dinner! PEPPERONI 4tw.
so after the COP we had supper and they gave ice cream. i missed that lime flavoured thingy.. havent had one since forever.
hm so we had Cleaning up duty that night. helped Abby throw out the leftover rice and Margenius(marc) was like playing with the bag and broke it so there were rice all outside the garbage area. Oh and we were like climbing over the gates even though there was an open door right beside it.
alright so that night we didnt sleep at all.
went up to the roof to play the guitars and then we got bored. so we went downstairs and found some people from our group.
so they and their friends all came up and we played games and stuff. Oh then more people came and played "i never (blah blah)" game. haha.
were on the roof since 12 and stuff. talking and playing
and then back in our room some guys were having like a ping pong tournament or soemthing =/
so after that some people got tired and it was left with .. marc , me , alyssa , Caryl-ann , Christina and another girl. we were hanging out waiting for the sunrise and stuff.
OH and then the ping pong tournament people. went to sleep around 6? went back to the room and saw this he was like sleeping! on the table!
wasnt really tired anyways until it was breakfast time lol. me and marc like kinda fell asleep for a LITTLE while on the table. OH and then marcus tried to Sleep on the ping pong table too! and it FLIPPED! HAHAHAHA i couldnt stop laughing for like so damn long 0
hmm so after that was Area cleaning and i spent 15 mins trying to fold and stuff the sleeping bag into its bag..
oh then closing ceremony ! secret pals were revealed and mine was ABBY! :D yay haha. knew it was her when she asked me if my surname was Liew(liu)! Shes nice :) gave me notes and candies :)
marc's gave him a watergun and then another watergun cause she figured marc wouldnt have much fun if he just shot himself so she gave him another one so we can shoot each other
after that it was photo taking and stuff and then GOING HOME :D
